Hi, I'm Grace Underwood! I'm a compassionate counselor with specialized training in evidence-based treatments for trauma, seeking to positively impact individuals, their families, and communities.

I blend a passion for mental health and trauma-informed approach with a passion for intentional relationships and communication in therapy. Be prepared to try new things outside of therapy- but spoiler alert, it will probably include working on being kinder to yourself!

I especially enjoy working with individuals and couples moving away from purity culture and hoping to integrate their sexuality without shame. I have experience working with couples whose relationships have been harmed by unnecessarily shaming and rigid relationship advice who are looking for an evidence-based and compassionate approach. Our work together will offer education and empowerment.
