I am Sabrina Suarez, a dedicated, licensed therapist, specializing in individual and couples therapy. I have a deep passion for helping individuals and partners embrace, embody, and express the ways of being which will enhance their intimacy and elevate their relationships. As a sex and relationship therapist, I am committed to providing a safe, non-judgmental space for my clients to explore their sexual and relational concerns, helping my clients develop a healthier, more satisfying relationship with themselves and others in the process.

My expertise extends to a wide range of individual and relationship issues, including but not limited to:

  • Infidelity and trust issues
  • Sexual and intimacy issues
  • Desire discrepancies
  • Communication challenges
  • Conflict resolution
  • Trauma recovery
  • Negative self-image
  • Lack of self-confidence

My approach is rooted in empathy, respect, and open dialogue. My clients and I explore their concerns openly, without guilt, shame, or judgment, where we seek to understand the deeper cause or core wounding impacting them personally, sexually, and relationally. Together, we then develop a plan that promotes their overall healing and transformation, which we make progress toward making a reality in each session.
