
Come Together Group Therapy
Feeling a little disconnected or craving more intimacy with your partner? You’re not alone. This six-week virtual group for couples, inspired by Emily Nagoski’s "Come Together," offers a supportive and sex-positive space to explore how stress, desire, and communication shape your connection. Together, you’ll learn practical tools and gentle practices to strengthen both emotional closeness and sexual intimacy in your relationship.
Group Details
- Dates & Time: Thursdays, October 9 through November 13, 2025
- Time: 7:30 PM – 9:00 PM ET
- Duration: Six weekly sessions, 1.5 hours each
- Format: Virtual group (Zoom) — open to couples across OH, KY, and IL
- Facilitator(s): Kayla Brumm, LSW & Sara Molony, CT
- Cost: Tiered "Pay What You Can" pricing (pricing is for all six weeks, not per week)
- Tier 1 – $270
- This tier supports your healing and helps make the group sustainable.
- Choose this option if you:
- Have steady income and savings
- Can comfortably meet your needs and some wants
- Want to support others in accessing this group at a lower rate
- Tier 2 – $180
- This tier is a middle ground for those balancing priorities.
- Choose this option if you:
- Are meeting your basic needs with some flexibility
- Have limited disposable income or are paying down debt
- Would benefit from a small discount without financial strain
- Tier 3 – $90
- This tier is here to reduce barriers and increase access.
- Choose this option if you:
- Are experiencing financial hardship
- Rely on public assistance or community support
- Are navigating high medical bills, unemployment, or other financial stressors

- Supporting each other’s sexual accelerators and brakes
- Healing shame and building safety around pleasure and vulnerability
- Communicating about sex (desires, boundaries, fantasies) with compassion
